Year 1 at Milestones Museum

Year 1 visited Milestones museum recently as part of our history topic about toys. We had great fun playing games from the past, sorting objects dependent upon different criteria eg the material the toys were made from, thinking about what year toys were played with and placing them on a timeline, and comparing old and new toys. We were able to walk around the museum and learn lots of historical facts and we spent old pennies along the pier! A big thank you to the parents that joined us on the trip.
