School Council Surgery

Don't worry, it wasn't a medical surgery; today we had our first School Council panel taking suggestions on the playground. 

At our last School Council Meeting, we picked three Council members to run our first surgery between the KS1 and KS2 playgrounds where all children had the chance to come and offer suggestions and ask any questions they had. 

We had lots of children coming up with ideas including new skipping ropes, repaired basketball nets and a suggestion that Little Ducks come to Friday Celebration Assemblies. All of these ideas (and more) will be passed back to be discussed at our main Council meeting in May, and we have a second surgery in two weeks time.
