J Factor 2025

Last week we saw the return of the St James KS2 talent show, or as we know it, The J Factor!

Once again we had open auditions, and this year thirteen acts made it into the grand final with entrants from years 3, 4, 5 and 6. 

It was our closest competition yet, with three acts tying for second place with the judges unable to separate them in the scoring. 

Thank you to Joseph and Amber, our Head Pupils, for hosting the show and our judges Mrs "Coombesy" Coombes, Mrs "Canadian Goose" Bonner and Mrs "Drama Queen" Marybrey, alongside last years non-voting panelists "The Ken Cadets".

Our top three acts are listed below, and well done to everyone who was brave enough to audition and take on a challenge!

1st place - Flynn singing Don't Stop Believing  

2nd place - Amber with her narrated horse riding video, Alice and Casey cheerleading, Nico singing Beautiful Things, and Jemima singing Trouble

3rd place - Ollie reciting his own poetry
