Hidden Elstead Competition

Massive thanks to everyone who participated in the 'Hidden Elstead' Inter-House Competition. We received loads of amazing entries and have (as pictured) added them to our map wall, indicating how far and wide you all travelled. 

Some special mentions go to Macie in Kingfishers who went and found part of what was known as "Elstead Zoo", Margo in Owls who explained that the tree on The Green was planted by her Great-Grandmother, and also to Arthur in Puffins who found the oldest postbox in the village! 

We have learnt a lot about Elstead, and why it's important to our children, whilst also discovering some hidden places.
