Year 6 Harvest Tea

Year 6 celebrated Harvest by providing a Harvest Tea and entertainment for members of the local community.  Mr Newman was kind enough to donate his enormous pumpkin which the children turned into soup and pie.  They worked hard all week cooking soup, making bread, apple crumble and pumpkin pie. They practised their entertainment, made table decorations and menus. Entertainment included dancing, singing, instrument playing and a dog show. The children made us very proud with their lovely manners and obvious pride in our school.
