Year 2 have fun on the common

Robins managed to stay dry on Thursday when we visited the common.  We worked in teams to make 2D and 3D shapes with material we found on the ground. We then talked about the names and properties of the shapes.  Next, we recapped what we had been learning about in Science - lifecycles.  In our groups we made caterpillars and butterflies.  The children worked extremely well together in their groups - listening to each other and supporting each other. Well done Robins.
