District Netball Tournament - Report

This week our senior netball club team finally had a chance to play "ball" at the District Netball Tournament.

The team worked hard in this competitive tournament and despite some great team work were unable to secure enough points to see us out of the group stages. The team played some wonderful netball, thoroughly enjoying the experience. Voted Player of the Day, Jake was delighted and surprised himself as he only recently took up the game.

Our preparation has been hampered by the appalling wet weather this term with several practices postponed and our recent friendly against St Barts hailed off, literally, with the match less than 5 minutes old.
