The Owls and the Kestrels went to.....

...the common to enjoy getting to know each other better today. Earlier in the week, with the trip in mind, Owls busied themselves independently making blueberry scones to share.

We had a great, fun time with our buddies - working as a team, role playing stories from our classrooms, (Greek labyrinths side by side with traditional fairy tales), den building and exploring nature. Then Owls proudly shared their scones and we listened to poems for National Poetry Day.

This week we've also been learning about seasons and creating weather reports ...so we were perfectly prepared for our cool Autumn morning.
