Penguins mark Ramadan with a day of good deeds

Last week Penguins learnt all about Ramadan and how it is an important time for Muslims. We learnt about how adults fast between sunrise and sunset and how children complete good deeds each day.  This inspired us to all do good deeds for our friends. During afternoon snack time we shared dates together, a traditional way in which Muslims break their fast.  Special thanks to my co-teacher Rasheeq, and his family, for sharing his faith with us.
