Kestrels Titanic Restaurant

On Wednesday Kestrels opened their Titanic themed restaurant to their parents. The children planned, cooked and served a delicious 3 course meal inspired by the First Class dining menu served on the Titanic.

Lots of planning and preparation went into the project. The children designed advertising flyers, wrote tantalising descriptions of the dishes being served, laid tables and prepared and cooked all of the dishes.

On the night, everyone had a role and there were no dull moments!  The waiting staff received glowing reviews from their guests with one parent saying it was “first class service to match first class food”.

The kitchen team also did an incredible job managing to serve everybody with beautifully presented food and all on time.  Even the washing up was skillfully completed in good time.  Well done Kestrels!
